Today we had a choice of spin art, using salad spinners, and coffee can art- shaking paint and marbles in coffee cans.

Some of us sorted crayons.

Some of us were very involved in building.

During lunch bunch, Mrs. Silvius lead the children in acting out  parts from a favorite old story called The Fire Cat, about a cat named Pickles.

First Year Class 6/9/14

We mixed up a big batch of BBQ sauce for our dads for Father's Day.

Everyone made a pet rock! 

Fingers crossed for good weather for our beach party on Wednesday!

Second Year Class - 6/6/14

Today kids made picnic plates complete with ants!

We played with 'Moon Sand,' which lead to great imaginative discussion about traveling to the moon.  There was moon sand every where!
